Paul Joyce - On Top Of The World
We are very pleased to be able to inform you that Paul Joyce our Customer Service Manager reached the summit of Kilimanjaro a few days ago, and then managed to get down!. Only 2 people of the group managed the summit, with one of the team collapsing at the crater rim and almost falling 500 meters over the cliff edge. We are glad to say the expert guides managed to resuscitate him and get him back down safely, where he made a full recovery. This really emphasised how difficult and dangerous it was to attempt reaching the summit in 4 days (Comic Relief took 7), but made the success all the more satisfying.
